CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS I PURCHASED?

Yes, unworn items can be returned for size exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of the merchandise purchase date.

In the specific case of the shoes and / or sneakers product category, the return is only possible if the guarantee seal has not been removed or damaged and the sneakers, together with the box and any accessories (tag, paper, extra laces, etc.), are not damaged in any way.

 

Return Instructions

To request a return authorization, you must send an email to info@wrongsizestore.com containing information about the order number, product description, reason for return and finally the type of compensation requested.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item.

 

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Once refund is approved you will receive a full refund (minus shipping costs)

 

The return shipment (with the courier specified by WRONGSIZE) is at the CUSTOMER’s expense.
